Where I can get my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose: home, work, etc. Never at the PO box.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, the delivery time is a maximum of 2 working days (24-48h) from when it leaves our facilities.

Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the rest of the countries of the European Union from 4 to 7 working days.

What is the delivery process?

The order will be delivered to the address you have specified during the purchase process on the web. If the carrier indicated is Correos Express, it will send you a text message indicating a delivery date, a link where you can modify it and a tracking number. Once the package is to be delivered, if you are absent, the courier will try to reach you by phone. If unsuccessful, a second delivery will be attempted. If delivery has not been possible during this second attempt, the package will be deposited with the agency until a new delivery date is agreed.

In the event that 15 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. As a result of the re-dispatch of the package, the customer will have to pay again the amount of the shipping costs so that we can send the package back to his address.

Your order will be delivered at any time of the day between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday except holidays.

* On Saturdays and Sundays there are no deliveries. It may be that, in busy times like Christmas, our carrier reinforces the service and makes deliveries also on Saturdays.

Returns & Exchanges

At Zapely we want all our clients to be delighted with their orders. Therefore, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can make the return and choose another item in exchange. All this without prejudice to the provisions of the "Conditions of sale" of our website.

Conditions of returns

• You have to manage the return within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

Our team will contact you if necessary with the pertinent indications so that we can collect your package.

• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. This means: Unused, unwashed, with all labels and in its original packaging.

• Returns of accessories, toiletries, bodysuits and underwear are not allowed for hygiene reasons.

• The return package must include inside a sheet stating: Full name of the person who placed the order and order reference.

• Once our team verifies that all the steps have been followed correctly, we will proceed with the refund of the order amount. This process can take between 2-4 days

* IMPORTANT NOTE: For changes or returns, request by email to info@zapely.com, indicating the reference of your order.

NOTE: Our team will check if the return has met all these conditions that are detailed before proceeding with the refund. Zapely.com reserves the right to reject a return in the event that these conditions are not met. In this case, you will be notified via email that your order is not subject to return and the package will be returned to the sender, the customer being responsible for the shipping costs.

How to return a defective product

We are sorry if you have received a product with a factory defect. Our team carefully checks each item before it is shipped, so this is not the norm, but if this happens we will be happy to replace the item with one that is in perfect condition.

• Please send an email to info@zapely.com with the photos that prove the defect of the item, the invoice or purchase receipt, the full name of the person who made the purchase and the order reference.

• A collection will be made with the carrier at your home.

• Our team will review the merchandise and issue, if the conditions have been met, a replacement of the item within a period not exceeding 3 business days.

• Returns for defective items will only be made in exchange for the same product in perfect condition (with the same color and size conditions). A change will never be accepted in this type of returns.

* IMPORTANT NOTE: Returns for defective items will only be accepted when the product retains its labeling. Otherwise, it will be understood that the article has been used and the defect has been due to its improper use.

** The customer who manages a return for defective product assumes responsibility for it, as well as all legal consequences that may derive from conduct in bad faith constituting fraud. To notify us that an item is defective, you have 3 calendar days from receipt and the way should always be to write an email to: info@zapely.com
